Coaches, players and programs
that have an intentional mental approach,
have a technical, tactical and physical edge
over competition that doesn't.
The CP3 MindsetBorn out of a unique question that I faced while training college-level student-athletes, this approach helps teams understand who they are, and why they exist. It reduces the ego-driven challenges all teams face, and replaces them with a vision-driven process to get everyone on board with a team approach. What is CP3? Control. Purpose. Placement. Power. When we meet, I'll share the backstory. It's funny. It's engaging. It's powerful. Everything your team needs to be successful!

"MVP" TrainingI'd be willing to bet that 99% of you that saw the letters "MVP" thought most valuable player. This training is focused on something very different, that will allow each individual student-athlete to realize their potential on the field, in the classroom and in their community. Our training is focused on three things. Mental. Verbal. Physical. When your athletes are mentally prepared, and able to verbally articulate what should happen, your team can overcome the physical challenges.

Handling AdversityIf you are like most coaches, at some point you are trying to figure out how to help your student-athletes make better decisions. On the field, in the classroom, and in the community. Sit-downs and lectures don't work with this generation like they used to with us when we were their age. We can let that drive us crazy, or respond with something that connects with them. That's exactly what our unique problem-solving and critical thinking skills process is all about. Clear thinking. Better thinking.

Thoughts from the desk of our founder...
Thanks for taking the time to visit, today.
I know that the thought of bringing in someone outside of your program can be a HUGE step. It's a crazy mix of uncertainty of what will be, and hope for what you want it to be. As a speaker, teacher and coach that has lived through every role I help support, I can honestly say I get it. I'm not coming to your program with a magic wand that will remove all doubt. What I will promise is that given the opportunity to come alongside your team we will build something remarkable...together.
I commit to walk with you.
I commit to intentionally invest in the lives of you, your staff, and the student-athletes the Lord has placed in your care.
Student-athletes face the challenge of making solid choices in all aspects of their lives. Whether it be on the field, in the classroom, or in the community. Your challenge as a staff is to "grow them up here, to go out there". Using the platform God has given you to pour into the lives of the next generation is a pretty awesome responsibility!
It would be my honor to be a resource to you as you navigate the process.
And before I leave, I want you to know how passionate I am about pouring into you and your staff. You give of yourselves every single day to be strong for your student-athletes, your University...and then have enough left in the tank to be who you are called to be for your families as well. Having lived through what you do everyday, I know the pain points. Together we'll talk through them, apply scripture to them...so that you are filled up and ready to raise up Godly leaders, and amazing families.
I'm thankful to have the opportunity to speak with you today, albeit through a website. I'd ask that you prayerfully consider a partnership with the vision God has laid on my heart. If you are sensing his prompting to move forward, I can't wait to speak with you on the phone, or in person! If not, that's ok, too. I'll be praying for you even if I don't know your name, and we never meet.
Looking forward to connecting soon, coach!
Blessings!
Brett
